During our Development Process, we follow a strict 12-step Quality Assurance process to ensure Client satisfaction. At three different levels of this process, we request Client approval to go on to the next phase in development. If Client has approved each step in this process, Client is in fact giving us their approval of satisfaction and signing off of that phase of development so that we can proceed to the next phase. If for some reason the Client should change their mind or if the Client's specifications and/or requirements change while the project is in process and these changes require more than 8 hours to complete, we will need to discuss adjusting our quote accordingly and will require the Client's prior approval in writing before initiating the work involved to make changes. We understand that the Internet world brings a variety of unfamiliar terms, some of these terms may seem confusing or may require further clarification. We will walk you through the process and answer all of your questions along the way. If you intend on maintaining the site yourself, we will even go as far as showing you how or you can delegate that process to us. We love what we do and we are very customer-oriented. If an additional 40 hours of work were requested on a project, that would be considered billable time.
